Questions, a bug, or a purchase that did not unlock? Write to support@mochipack.app. We read every message. In the app you can also open Settings › Help & FAQ › Contact support, which fills in the subject for you.

Purchases

• Restore purchases: tap Restore on the paywall or Restore purchases in Settings while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Yearly and Lifetime come back on every device.
• Trip Pass unlocks one trip. The App Store cannot restore it on another device, so sign in with Apple after buying to keep it with your account.
• Cancel or change a subscription: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

• Deleted a trip by mistake? Settings › Recently deleted keeps it for 30 days.
• Delete your account: Settings › Account › Delete account. This does not cancel an App Store subscription.
